Product Features

Cranes in this group have a capacity range from 500 kg to 20,000 kg. They can be used in almost every manufacturing sector for material loading, unloading, and transportation operations. They can be manufactured with as few as 2 movements and up to 12 movements in total.

Two-motion machines perform only lifting and lowering functions and are generally referred to as stationary cranes. Our machines with 4 or more motions move up-down, left-right, and forward-backward depending on the number of movements, along a bridge made from L-profile steel.

Our machines are equipped with limit switches to protect against potential issues and overloads. The gear reducers used for lifting are produced by our company, with gears made from 7131 material and the housing made from cast iron. A carburizing (case hardening) process is applied to increase the strength and durability of the gears.

Since early 2006, we have been sourcing travel gear reducers from leading companies in Turkey and around the world.

The control voltage is set to AC 24 Volts. Thermal magnetic switches are used to protect the motors from voltage fluctuations. The control panel is resistant to water and heat. Grounding connection and emergency stop are available. The lifting brakes operate with DC 24 Volts.
